Returns + Exchanges
1. OVERVIEW
At Process and Content, we firmly stand beside our product and craftsmanship while guaranteeing your satisfaction. Our return policy is simple, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item bought via processandcontent.com
We take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. A Return request should be made within 14 days and meet the requirements below.
We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been customized, or discounted. However, we will work with you on the piece and try to meet your requirements should an order not meet your expectations. We will not commission another hat gratis nor will we exchange the item.
2. RETURN ADDRESS
– All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.
– We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.
– If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item please contact sara@processandcontent.com. We will then provide you with a return address to ship your item.
3. REFUNDS
A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes and excluding shipping costs.
4. EXCHANGES
Upon exchanging a product, you will be eligible to pay a new postage charge if applicable.
